So what is a dealer? The terminology varies from country to country, so in the interests of clarity, we have opted to use the dealer as our definition of a third party that deals on our behalf with the client.

But for simplicity, we would emphasise that a dealer may be a marketing agency, promotions company, giftware organisation or an individual such as a marketing consultant. Dealers benefit from a lower price than that offered to a direct customer given they must sell the concept, liase with the client, deliver the artwork in an acceptable format and invoice the customer direct.

Dealers may be appointed to look after specific territories on behalf of Thirsty's (CoastersandBeermats.com), provided they can demonstrate that they have the skills and tenacity to act on our behalf. We rarely offer exclusivity, but decide each on a case by case basis.

Alternatively, we will be delighted to deal direct with the client, where our dealers have sold the concept and do not wish to get involved in the specifics. Many advertising agencies prefer this method. In such cases, we are prepared to may a commission based on the value of the order.

So if you are interested in an agency agreement, want to become a dealer or you are an advertising agency that wants to outsource this work to the manufacturer, please feel free to complete the enquiry form in the section.

We believe in an open and transparent trading policy, therefore we invite you to view our terms and conditions of sale. Please feel free to ask any questions if anything requires further clarification.
